Much of your experience and many of your present skills will transfer well to other occupations. However your employment goals may require additional training or upgrading. Moving into different kinds of work could involve attending a school or college to complete a course or program. You will need to consider the training cost, the time required for completion, and whether or not this is the best training choice for reaching your employment goals. Sometimes you can learn skills on-the-job instead of going back to school.
