Summary of responsibilities:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparation and cooking of various menu items and specials using our prescribed cooking and assembly methods, correct food safe receiving, handling and storing techniques as well as documentation requirements in compliance with our Food Safety Plan.
Qualifications & Experience:
Food Safe Level I
2 years experience working in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
Able to read and process multiple tickets
Attention to detail
Willing to perform all kitchen tasks
Shift flexibility is required. Must be willing to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
