The Quarterdeck Inn is looking to hire a Night Auditor to join our team.This position’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
- Balance cash drawers and record receipts
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Answer phones and place reservations
- Communicate with the security team to ensure the safety of our guests
Experience as a Night Auditor is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
