Details:
Job will entail answering telephone or dealing with walk-in clients. Duties includes: typing, dictated reports , filing reports and setting up files. This job will average 25 + hours per week (Mon - Fri) however range will be 2 to 5 days a week depending upon work load.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ability to answer telephone, deal with people in stressful situations, in a polite and friendly manner.
Be proficient with Microsoft Word, and Excell. Computer and typing skills essential. Must be able to transcribe dictation and type techincal reports. Some accounting skills would also be beneficial.
