Details:
Front Desk Clerk Job Duties:
- Greets all guests and visitors warmly, energetically, and in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Answer all phone calls, emails and in-person inquires in an efficient manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately - Create reservations using a reservation database
- Process payments and post charges to guest accounts - Tidy and clean the office
Our season runs from May 1st until October 3rd, with the busiest months being July and August. Not all employees will be required to work the full season. Employees must have reliable transportation and must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
