The Client Services Supervisor is a strong positive leader, listener, and thinks fast on their feet while supporting, advising and supervising their Client Services team. The position will lead and mentor their team as well as respond to prospective client inquiries and current client concerns pertinent to our residential properties throughout Western Canada.
The ideal candidate for this position will lead by example and will have a strong ability to manage the telephone requests, their Client Services team and manage the “big picture” throughout the day. The role delivers exceptional customer service and is a brand ambassador for the team and for the company.
Responsibilities
• Manage shift schedules for the Client Services team and ensure coverage
for all aspects.
• Cover in a Client Services Representative role as needed when busy,
short staffed, emergencies or as required
• Perform mentorship and onboarding to new employees as required
• Collaborate and support the sales team on new client opportunities
• Ensure succession planning through progression training within the team
• Provide a high level of customer service enhancing client relationships
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide viable solutions
• Document client interactions in appropriate database or software
• Ensure every aspect of client communication is completed and managed
by the team
• Utilize conflict resolution skills to ensure a high level of client service
• Adhere to both corporate and departmental policies and procedures
• Promote company in a positive image to all current and potential clients
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or secondary education would be considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years experience in the customer service industry
• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales environment
• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entering
• Minimum 45 wpm typing speed
• Bilingual fluency (French second to English priority) considered an asset
• Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure in a
changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
Available Tuesday to Saturday 11:00AM – 7:30PM.
Enjoy a regular steady shift but also be available to work within a 24-hour open timeframe (includes evenings, weekends, holidays and emergency coverage as required)
