Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of left over food
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Ensure food comes out in a timely fashion and in high quality
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven cooking experience,
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
- Familiar with industry's best practices
