Details:
You will be responsible for greeting guests in a professional manner, answering a busy switch board, checking guests in and out of the hotel, making reservations, dealing with payments, interacting with guests for questions, directions and many other interactions.
Need a great eye for detail and be able to see a task through until completed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Looking for an outgoing professional person who is able to multi task, has great computer skills, able to answer a busy switch board in a professional manner and greet guests.
The successful candidate would be required to work at least two nights every week (11 pm-7 am) in order to conduct the night audit. The remaining shifts will be as a Front Desk Agent either from 7 am- 3 pm or 3 pm-11 pm.
