Details:
Under the direction of the Kitchen Manager, The Line Cook is responsible for preparation and cooking of various menu items and specials using our prescribed cooking and assembly methods, correct food safe receiving, handling and storing techniques as well as documentation requirements in compliance with our Food Safety Plan.
Ability to read and process multiple tickets.
Attention to detail.
Willing to perform all kitchen tasks.
Strong work ethic.
Capable of effectively working under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, quality and presentation standards.
Shift flexibility required. Must be willing to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications & Experience:
Food Safe Level I
2 years Line Cook experience preferred.
