This enthusiastic, friendly, dependable and motivated individual will be required to jump into many different roles and help with various different tasks including accounting clerk and reception duties. Attention to detail, organization, follow up and multitasking in our busy environment is essential. The ability to effectively use office software and equipment are a must. Ability to work independently, set priorities, take direction and work under pressure is very key in this role.
Must be a self-starter, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
This position will be offered to the right candidate ASAP, wages will be paid hourly and will depend on experience. This is a fulltime position. Benefits are offered after a 3 month probationary period.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal Administrative Assistant for our company must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a minimum of 2 years’ previous administration experience and level entry knowledge of accounting practices.
