Employment Skills Access Training programs at North Island College

If you are unemployed and not receiving EI, you may qualify for FREE training. North Island College offers a variety of tuition sponsored Employment Skills Access (ESA) programs that are specifically designed to help unemployed, non-Employment Insurance clients to develop job skills and get back to work. Participants must meet specific ESA criteria to qualify for admission. Eligible participants may choose from a variety of North Island College ESA programs with funding for tuition and materials provided through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Agreement.
