Position Type: P/T
Pay: Starting at $22, after probation $23
Approximate Hours: The work is available during Fresh Start Retreats and off in-between. So you’ll work about 3 weeks in a row (approx. 7 hrs. 5 days per week), alternating with 3 weeks off. Occasional programs are 2 weeks long. You will also have 1-3 additional days between programs for supplies ordering and menu updates. Shift Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., though may slightly vary, depending on a group size

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare healthy vegan & raw meals (breakfast and lunch) and health drinks
• Present healthy meal preparation demos and educate guests on healthy meal planning
• Food ordering/purchasing, menu planning and updates
• Ensure food quality and sanitary standards in the kitchen
• Meal customizations and custom menu creation for people with various health issues
• Manage and train a small kitchen team
