Accounts Receivable Clerk/ Payroll backup – (Full-time, Permanent)
Domcor Health, Safety & Security Inc is looking for a motivated individual for to join the finance team in our head office, located in Campbell River.
Responsibilities
- Entering timecards/Payroll signoffs
- Maintain customer accounts and set up new customer accounts
- Review and prepare sales invoices, statements and collection of overdue accounts
- Apply payments and maintain aged receivables reports
- Providing support and vacation coverage for multi company/ multi province payroll
Education and Experience
- knowledge of Sage 300 is an asset
- Multi company experience is an asset
- 3-5 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Payroll experience and/or PCP certification is an asset
