Details:
You will be responsible for checking in and out guests, making reservations, taking care of guests needs, balancing your shift, working with cash, credit cards and debit machine. Solving guest complaints and working with guests to make changes to suit their needs. You will also be working a night audit shift 2 days a week and will be responsible for balancing the hotel days work. Being a team player is important and be able to get along with others.
Qualifications & Experience:
Looking for a friendly, outgoing person who can work well as a team member and has great customer skills. Needs to be able to multi-task in a busy environment, work a busy switchboard, have good computer skills and communicate well with others. Problem solving and a good eye for detail is important.
