Seafarer Physio is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team. We are a local physiotherapy practice that is expanding into a new clinic location. We are in need of an enthusiastic, outgoing candidate who is self-directed, organized and can work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Answering phones and booking in patients
- Customer service
- Organizing and managing practitioner schedules at two clinic locations
- Managing clinic supply orders
- Office work including balancing day end reports
- Assisting in fitness program promotions and some website maintenance
Details
- 30 hours/week with opportunity for increased hours
- $14-16/hour, based on previous experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Computer literate
- Experience in customer service and reception/administration recommended
