Details:
Sealand Flight is seeking an outgoing person to take bookings and co-ordinate aircraft charters and rentals, invoicing and basic records keeping, monitor the fuel tanks and invoice fuel sales, flight follow, clean aircrafts, assist with publicity, assist with preparing business plans and manuals, and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge and experience with the folllowing:
Monitor and invoice aircraft rentals, charters and training
Monitor and invoice fuel sales
Manage payable and receivables
Manage bookings
Answer phone calls and emails.
Clean aircraft
Check and maintain fuel systems
Flight Follow as required
Business Plan, manuals, other assignments
Excellent computer skills, and a good knowledge of Office, book keeping, and accounting programs.
The ability to relate well at all organizational levels,
The capacity to communicate credibly and courteously, particularly with customers.
The job involves problem solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, task planning and organizing.
