Details:
This position involves being the first point of contact in the hotel for all arriving guests.
Shift would include check-ins, check-outs, phone reservations, booking guest appointments, and helping with all guest requests.
Cleaning guest rooms, conference space, dining room, and common areas.
Computer literacy and reservation system knowledge are a must.
The position is includes afternoon 12-8 shifts and includes weekends and holidays. Some day shifts (8-4) as required.
8-24 hours per week or as needed.
