Responsibilities
•Daily preparation of food items in the pantry, stations, or other areas of the kitchen
•Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines
•Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
•Prepare sauces and garnishes for the assigned station
•Prepares all food items in a sanitary and timely manner
•Restocks all items as needed throughout shift
•Cleans and maintains station
•Ensure timely preparation of all meals
•Serve food in the proper portion size and temperature
•Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
•Current Food Safe certification
•Previous line cooking experience
•Must be able to stand for long periods at a time
•Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
•Early morning, day, evening, and night shifts may be required
