Job Description:
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning the resort guest rooms per the established standards.
This is a physically demanding, yet rewarding role also focused on providing exceptional guest service to resort guests.
What you’d be responsible for:
• Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the guest rooms including full kitchens, fireplaces, balconies, bathrooms.
• Maintaining a high level of guest service and ensure rapid and professional response to all guest requests.
• Making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Working on own or in teams as required.
• Participating in deep cleaning of resort guest rooms.
• Assisting with cleaning of other hotel common areas as required.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous professional cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and excellent observational skills.
• The ability to adhere to safe work practices.
• Physical fitness and dexterity.
• Friendly and enthusiastic manner, great sense of cooperation and teamwork.
