Details:
Pursuant to Section 41 of the BC Human Rights Code, preference may be given to applicants with Canadian born Aboriginal ancestry.
All positions are full time employment 7.5 hour shifts Monday to Friday with an unpaid lunch break.
Wages for all positions are $53,625 annually including MERC’s which equates to $25 per hour not including MERC’s.
Annual vacation entitlement starts at 15 work days per year.

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted from August 29th-August 31st to arrange interview time and date. Interviews will be conducted from early September. Our expectation is staff will start employment the Second week of October. Start date is dependent upon construction progress and completion of build.
Qualifications & Experience:
Early Childhood Education Certificate
Infant Toddler Educator Certification- Required
Special Needs Educator Certification recommended
Criminal Record Review successfully completed.
Immunization record required.
Valid Food Safety Certificate.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required.
Essential computer operations & software skills required.
Prefer two years minimum directly related experience working with & supervising children, delivering structured curriculum & classes, care and supervision including children with Canadian Aboriginal ancestry.
