Details:
Responsible for all Administrative duties between departments, keeping the front office organized, and helping out when needed. Excellent benefit package.
Data Entry:
Enter data to open all jobs.
Enter material lists used to calculate job expenses.
Enter detailed information on to customer spreadsheets.
Other detailed data entry as required.
Invoicing:
Process all Shop and Parts department invoices.
Process all Shop and Parts department Credits.
Scan, date and email customer invoices.
Other detailed invoicing as required.
Administration:
Use of a multi-lined switchboard
Making Coffee and keeping area clean
General tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Office.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational skills.
Able to address multiple priorities.
