Qualifications & Experience:
Breeding and Broodstock Technician Responsibilities:
• Broodstock sorting and spawning.
• Egg fertilization and other incubation duties.
• Cleaning, power-washing and sanitizing to ensure a pristine environment for our fish and our employees.
• Accurate reporting, record keeping and document management.
• Conducting flow measurements, water quality checks, environmental and fish health sampling
• Monitoring fish behaviour, appearance and health.
• Operating Class 7 Telehandler and other site equipment when authorized and trained.
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Our Breeding and Broodstock Technicians must be available to work a camp shift of 8 days on / 6 days off.
