Details:
You will be required to take on a customer service/brand ambassador role. The main purpose of this role is to support the grocery store by managing the flow of customers through various duties such as:
• Greeting customers upon entry and exit of the store
• Managing the traffic flow through various points in the grocery store such as lineups, entry and exits
• Keeping a count of customers that enter and exit the store to ensure health and safety guidelines are
being adhered to
• Displaying and encouraging social distancing behavior between customers
• Supporting store managers with other tasks as requested
Qualifications & Experience:
• Customer service experience an asset
• Possesses great critical thinking skills
• Confident and ready to handle job responsibilities
• Practices safe behavior at all times
