Responsibilities:
• Making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, dusting, scrubbing, sweeping, cleaning & disinfecting bathrooms as well as ensuring toiletries are replaced.
• Laundry
• Ensure rooms are cleaned to the resort’s standard.
• Provide exceptional guest service and demonstrate a professional attitude at all times
• Communicate effectively with all team members
• Ensure a high quality of product at all times
• Perform opening and closing duties to standard
• Comply with all policies, procedures and regulations
• Maintain clothing to dress standard; clothing should be clean and pressed
• Ensure safety, sanitation and cleanliness at all times
• Attend staff meetings
• Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
The right candidate will be a diligent worker, independent and will have a "can-do" attitude.
Experience in housekeeping seen as an asset, but not mandatory.
