Qualifications & Experience:
• Vacuuming and sweeping
• Dry/wet mopping
• Scrubbing/sanitizing/disinfection floors
• Spot cleaning walls, windows, doors between washing
• Dusting, washing, sanitizing/disinfecting, furniture, shelves, woodwork, etc;
• Assist the kitchen staff with meal preparation
• Maintain the kitchen work areas and equipment and all utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
• Cleans out garbage cans
• Refill condiments
• Emptying waste baskets, removing waste, daily cleaning refilling of supplies
• Cleaning floors, fixtures and furnishings in common areas
• Extensive standing and walking
• Sorts, counts, folds, marks, carries linens
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors
Must have a valid driver license and clean drivers abstract
