We are currently seeking a Full Time Production Administrator to join our team.
Duties will include but are not limited to: processing of scale data, log inventory management, invoicing, log export advertising.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in the Forest Industry, works well in a small group dynamic, can prioritize and multi-task, works well under pressure, is self-motivated and has the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Applicants must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
The ideal candidate would have experience handling log inventories, a well rounded knowledge of forest industry operations and experience working with LIMS and HBS.
This is a fast paced environment with lots of variety suited to an individual who enjoys a challenge.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including : Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience with the "LIMS" Inventory Management system is an asset
- Firm understanding of Production and Log Inventory is preferred
- Understanding of MOF Regulations and Processes an asset
