Details:
• Front Office Duties
o Answer phone and transfer calls
o Greet Clients
o Receipt capture
o Office supply ordering
• Accounts Payable
o Collect & enter invoices into accounting system
o Prepare EFT & Cheque Payments
o Reconcile AP entries with Vendor Statements
o Correspond with vendors and reply to inquiries
o Perform month end closing tasks
• Payroll
o Ensure payroll is processed in a timely, accurate manner and in accordance with Company and government policies.
o Hire On Packages – including Orientation
o Process terminations and ROEs
o This position requires a highly organized person who can meet deadlines in fast paced, multi-location environment and possesses strong analytical skills.
• Accounts Receivable
o Prepare invoices
o Post payments
• Daily scale reporting – collection of haul slips/reconciliation
Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in an Office Administration roll
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Sage 50 and QBO software an asset but not necessary
