Details:
Please note we are NOT a remote camp, there is no accommodation provided, we are in the town of Campbell River.
Two chefs on rotation (One Position available) Rotation is either 3 or 4 days on and 3 or 4 days off. We have used these menus in the past and work well
Appetizers:
Crab Dip, Shrimp Dip, Bruschetta, Flat Bread
Salad each night: Cesar, Tossed, Asian or Greek
Night 1: Chicken Cord en Bleu
Night 2: Ribs
Night 3: Cod or Linguini
If guests happen to stay the additional day (which isn’t always) we will cook whatever we didn’t cook Night 3 for Night 4.
Deserts are pre packaged.
Your shift will open with cooking departure meal for your group and arrival meal for next groups (same time) We alternate beef burgers and beef dip, but have also done pulled pork and lasagna which works well.
We are open to new menu items.
Qualifications & Experience:
1-2 Years experience in a cooking position
