Generously funded by the Ministry of Post Secondary and Future Skills, Crafting Your Career Pathways is a groundbreaking initiative featuring innovative, expressive arts-based programming seamlessly woven into proven career development curriculum. This unique hands-on approach assists participants with identifying their employment skills & strengths, and laying out their pathway to sustainable employment.

While participating in this transformative journey towards self-discovery and career decision making, program participants will build new skills and gain direct connections to employers, work, and training opportunities.

No art training or previous experience is needed!

Basic Eligibility

  • Legally able to work in Canada, 
  • Not currently participating in education or other training, 
  • Unemployed, underemployed, or at risk of losing employment, 
  • Actively looking for work or preparing to look for work
  • Interested in education or training options that could lead to long term employment
